These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Mop Squeezers website ("Site") and our cleaning services ("Services"). By using our Site or booking Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site or Services.

1. About Us

Mop Squeezers is a residential and commercial cleaning company based in Ponca City, Oklahoma. We serve cities and counties throughout north-central Oklahoma and southern Kansas.

2. Services

We provide cleaning services including but not limited to home cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, Airbnb turnover, commercial cleaning, office cleaning, janitorial services, and post-construction cleanup. The specific scope of work for each booking is described in your quote or service agreement.

3. Booking and Estimates

Quotes provided through our website or by phone are estimates based on the information you give us. We reserve the right to adjust pricing if the actual condition or scope of the property differs significantly from what was described. We will discuss any pricing changes with you before proceeding.

Bookings are confirmed only after we acknowledge them via email, SMS, or phone. Submitting a quote request does not automatically guarantee service availability for your preferred date or time.

4. Pricing and Payment

Pricing is provided per quote. Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and electronic payments. Recurring service customers may be invoiced according to a billing schedule.

Late payments may incur a fee. We reserve the right to suspend services for unpaid balances.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or reschedules. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service cost.

If our team arrives at your property and is unable to access it (locked out, no answer, etc.), a lockout fee may apply.

6. Access and Property Preparation

You are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the property at the scheduled time. We ask that you:

Secure pets (or notify us about them in advance)
Pick up items that should not be moved or could break
Inform us of any fragile, valuable, or sentimental items
Provide working utilities (water, electricity)
Disclose any known hazards (mold, biohazards, pests, structural issues)

7. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with our work, please contact us within 24 hours of the cleaning. We will return at no extra cost to address legitimate concerns. After 24 hours, we cannot guarantee that issues are related to our service rather than subsequent use of the space.

8. Insurance and Liability

Mop Squeezers carries general liability insurance and is bonded. While we take great care, accidents may occasionally happen. If our team causes damage, please notify us in writing within 24 hours so we can investigate and arrange appropriate resolution.

We are not responsible for:

Damage caused by pre-existing conditions, normal wear, or fragile items not disclosed in advance
Loss of items not secured before our arrival (cash, jewelry, valuables)
Damage to outdoor surfaces, plants, or property outside the cleaning scope
Issues caused by improper installation, maintenance, or condition of fixtures, appliances, or surfaces

9. Photos and Marketing

Photos and videos you upload through our quote forms are used to plan and price your job. We may take before/after photos for our internal records. We will not use your photos publicly (social media, website, advertising) without your written permission.

10. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Harass, threaten, or discriminate against our cleaning team
Provide false information when booking
Use our Site to engage in illegal activity
Attempt to disrupt or compromise the Site's security

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service to any customer who violates these terms.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site (logo, text, images, design) is owned by Mop Squeezers or our licensors and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content without written permission, except for personal non-commercial use of the Site.

12. Disclaimers

Our Site and Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except as required by law. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mop Squeezers' total liability arising from or related to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Services giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mop Squeezers, its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our Site or Services or your violation of these Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Kay County, Oklahoma.

17. Severability
